How To Make Any Photo Fit Your Feed (3 Pro Photos Hacks)
I recently told you how to create your ideal Instagram feed so today I am sharing 3 pro hacks on how to make any photo fit your feed. I mean, a perfectly curated feed is what we all want, right?!
We all get photos from a variety of resources from the influencer to the generic stock shop. But we are all trying to work in that perfect photo to our Instagram feed. Here in this blog, I’m sharing my three best tips to fit those photos into your feed and keep our profiles looking beautiful.
Here are 3 tips to help you fit any photo into your feed:
- First, make sure there is lighting consistency. That means if your feed is dark and moody you’re going to want to find stock photos that fit that style. If you brand or feed style is light and white, you’ll want to find photos that match that look. If you have a photo that is too light or too dark for your feed, you can use many tools to adjust the brightness, contrast, tone or even a filter to add the right mood to your images.
- Make sure the style fits. It’s true, you can be interested in a variety of styles but all styles don’t belong in your instagram feed! If you want to keep your feed cohesive and beautiful be sure to keep style in mind when choosing your images. When selecting the right images don’t force it if it doesn’t feel right.
- Lastly, make sure you’re using the same presets and/or adjustements. Presets are everywhere these days being sold by photographers, bloggers, and others. So make sure to choose a few you like, try them out and then go on to select the one you want to stick to. This alone will make a big difference in the look of your feed.
- BONUS Tip: Make sure you adjust the settings on your preset! This can be a big mishap if you don’t adjust. Every photo is not going to be the same. You can adjust the brightness and colors on each individual photo to make sure they are cohesive and keep a consitent tone to your feed. Don’t just slap the preset and call it good!
So let me ask you, now that you’ve learned a bit more about choosing photos to make your feed consistent and beautiful are you ready to rock your Instagram feed? Let’s talk! I love helping a fellow boss babe get the info they need to be successful, whether or not that means working with me, you deserve the best resources. See you again soon!
