Use a Style Guide Ebook to Transform Your Photoshoot!
A style guide ebook brings your brand together.
It’s the place to keep everything that is important and relevant to your brand.
These would be things like your mission statement, tag line, key words, description of who you serve, description of the benefits of your products or services, description of what sets you apart, logo, fonts, colors, textures, and styles of photography.
And a style guide ebook is a great way to communicate what your brand is all about to others, especially photographers and other creative industry professionals who might do work for you.
If you’re going into a photoshoot, a style guide ebook will help translate things about your brand to your photographer that you might struggle to articulate otherwise. It will let your photographer zero in on what’s going to be important in the photoshoot, like the best locations, photo concepts, and props and even what you should wear. In this way, you’ll end up with photos that are relevant to your brand and ideal audience and share your business in a flattering way.
Remember that you can always contact me to chat about your photoshoot needs. Or you can grab my Flatlay Method Ecourse to help you know how to do a flatlay photoshoot of your own.
And before you go, let me give you a few more tips.
In my podcast, I mentioned a blog post in which you can learn more about photography’s place in your business puzzle. Here’s that link: https://www.crystalclearphotographyaz.com/2019/01/24/brand-photography-just-1-part-of-the-big-puzzle/
Also, instead of an ebook, some business owners like to use a board in Trello, Asana, or Airtable to keep all of this brand info. The important thing is just to have the info together in a place that works for you and makes it easy to share with others.
